"At first we were few and now we are many. We've evolved from a single shop in Loki to an AMO hangar in Nairobi along with an ISO/AS9110 overhaul shop in Montreal. It has really been, and continues to be, a true adventure"
MRO MONTREAL, CANADA
The DAC MRO facility was first established as a support structure for our two Buffalo DHC-5 aircraft flying humanitarian aid missions in East and Central Africa. Contracted by the United Nations World Food Programme and with humanitarian mission requirements on the rise, we needed a reliable, cost effective way to maintain engines on the aircraft. The DAC Aviation International repair and overhaul facility opened in 1998 and has since grown from a support structure to a leader in CT64/T64 engine maintenance. Both civil and military customers rely on our expertise and experience to support fleets from around the globe. From scheduled maintenance to unforeseen repairs DAC is able to promptly assess the condition of the unit and complete the work-scope in a timely manner. Our relationship with General Electric and other qualified approved suppliers helps reduce the delivery time for spares and ensures that customer operations are constant and unimpeded by engine maintenance.Having experienced the pressure of sustaining high dispatch reliability first hand our mission is to keep you flying. Every unit passing through our facility is still treated as one of our own, as a key component to a mission that will bring new hope. We have built our business around supporting organizations that make a difference. Providing the highest level and quality of support has remained our guiding mission.
